Leeward St John is a contemporary, luxurious four-bedroom villa beautifully nestled in the verdant hillside of St. John’s prestigious Klein Bay neighborhood of Rendezvous Bay.
Rendezvous Bay is the greater bay on the south shore of St. John that encompasses, from west to east, Hart, Monte, Klein and Ditleff Bays. This setting is charming and tranquil, and only a short drive to Cruz Bay.
The villa benefits from high quality finishings. Yet it is not pretentious. Maintenance and cleanliness are high on the agenda, so you can relax in comfort. Air conditioning in the secure bedroom wing, and copious ceiling fans throughout the property keep it cool.
Stunning views surround Leeward St. John and lovely tropical gardens provide a calming place for you and your guests to enjoy the local flora and fauna of St. John.

The secure bedroom wing consists of four Air-Conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The two upstairs bedrooms have handmade 4-poster beds, and balconies looking over Rendezvous Bay. Downstairs is a large bedroom with a king sized bed, and another bedroom with two singles. All the bedrooms are light and well ventilated. All have ceiling fans.
It also features a spacious and lofty living room and indoor dining area, framed by three wide French doors opening over the tempting pool and views of the south shore of St. John, the Caribbean Sea and St. Croix 40 miles away.
The bright and airy, state-of-the-art kitchen offers carefully chosen appliances and utensils suitable for the most discerning chef.
The large coral stone deck area offers sun or shade. Pool side furniture is of a high standard and very comfortable. There are pool floats for those moments when lazing about the pool listening to music from the outdoor speakers is a must.
In the shaded area sits a beautiful table for 6 or 8, making outdoor dining a very popular option. A gas fired BBQ is alongside.
